At Bingham Goats & Grain, we prioritize the health, safety, and proper placement of our animals. The following policies ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.

Health Guarantee
We guarantee all goats are healthy at the time of pickup.
Once the goat leaves our care, we do not offer refunds or compensation for issues beyond our control.
Pre-sale veterinary checks can be arranged at the buyer’s expense upon request.
Deposits & Holding Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed purchase agreement are required to hold any goat.
We will hold goats for up to 14 days from the agreed pickup date. After that, a $3/day boarding fee will apply unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Payment
Full payment is due at pickup.
No goat will leave the farm unless paid in full.
Delivery & Transport
Free delivery is available within 50 km of our farm.
Deliveries beyond that are charged at $0.50 per km (round trip).
Biosecure delivery can be arranged and must be paid in full in advance.
We will work with reputable transporters but:
We do not guarantee animal health once the goat has left our farm.
We reserve the right to refuse a transporter if we believe the animal’s welfare may be compromised.
All transport logistics and costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Right to Refuse Sale
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer at any time for any reason, without obligation to provide explanation.
